Copper Frog Gin is made in Exmouth, Devon and uses purfied water drawn from Lake Wimbleball on Exmoor National Park. It's distilled over an open flame at a small, family run distillery that are more interested in respecting the ancient traditions of distillation than producing a commercial gin. They use a copper pot still named Jenny and it's a truly small batch operation where each process is carried out by hand.
The gin is simply made and contains four botanicals that they will tell us about; juniper, corriander, angelica and orris root. The other botanicals are kept secret but it's assured that they source locally where they can and organically if possible.
