The Calvarino Soave Classico is made from 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave grapes. The aromas are of white flowers, almond blossom and marzipan with a touch of citrus in the background. The palate is a clean one with some fresh acidity that balances with the round ripe fruit. The finish is long and fragrant with a little almond essence on the end.
