Hills & Harbour Gin is a beautifully presented offering from Galloway in Scotland. This area is surrounded by hills upon which verdant forests grow and rugged unspoilt coastline, hence the gin's name. Many of the botanicals used are taken from the surrounding area and these include Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack seaweed. These are complimented by a further nine botanicals that create a well balanced gin that's versatility makes it handy for a myriad of uses.

Crafty Distillery aims to make spirits that are accessible to all, not just true over zealous spirits connoisseurs. They make their own base spirit from scratch which they purport adds extra softness and flavour to the final product. The gin can be served with nearly any garnish because its so versatile. We got juniper leading the charge followed with pine freshness and fruity spice. All this is underpinned by an underlying coastal quality that reflects the origins of this gin.
