Adobe Merlot Reserva is an organically produce red wine from Emiliana in Chile. The grapes for this wine have been sourced from the Rapel Valley which is deemed one of the best sites for the merlot variety. Ruby red in colour with plummy aromas, red cherries and a touch of spice. The palate is juicy and supple with red fruits, well structured soft tannins and a hint of chocolate. Food Recommendations Ideal with lean red meats and white meats such as chicken and turkey. Also pairs well with ripe cheeses such as Camembert, Roquefort, Mozzarella, and Gruyere, with goat cheese, and with nuts, walnuts, and dried figs.
