Strane oaked gin takes their full-bodied gin which is made in a small whisky copper still. It has classical botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds and liquorice root with some locally foraged botanicals, basil, sage and garden mint. It is then aged for 18 months in a sherry cask which gives additional flavours and structure.
