Texas Legation Bourbon Whiskey takes its name from an event in history that dates back to 1842 when the state of Texas in America pledged its allegiance to Britain against the United states. This has been made for Berry Brothers & Rudd in London where Texas held an office above their premise in London during 1842. Created by brothers Robert and Jonathan Likarish from Ironroot Republic and blended by Doug McIvor of Berry Bros & Rudd. Young and bold with vanilla, honey and toffee, notes of bread. The palate has red apples and toffee, rich molasses and a touch of black pepper, lingering and moreish.
