Lustau East India Solera Sherry is a fantastic blend of dry oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximenez sherries. After being blended, they are returned to casks kept in the humid and warm atmosphere of Lustau's sacristia. These are very similar conditions to those aboard the ships which sailed to the Americas in the 16th century with casks lashed to the deck, aquiring an extrordinary smooth and deep character with great complexity.

Sweet and rich, reminiscent of raisins and creme brulee. Best served slightly chilled with desserts or blue cheese. Alternatively enjoy on it's own.
