Jynevra and Gorsedh, which is Cornish for gin and Gorsedh is the name of the Cornish organisation responsible for the spiritual well being of the county , are a pair of 46% ABV hand crafted gins made from organic botanicals of which a great many are grown at the distillery or foraged from the wilds of Cornwall from coast to moor. The gins are blended with the distillery's own hand drawn water and distilled slowly in a bain marie still called Guinevere, so named after the famous character from Arthurian legend.
Gorsedh has been distilled using gorse flowers from an organic farm high on Bodmin Moor. This delivers a golden floral note on the nose with a hint of coconut and lime on the palate with a gentle, yet sustained, finish. Serve with lime peel strips, ice and Fever Tree Tonic.
