A new entry level malt from Glencadam, Origin 1825 which has been matured in ex bourbon casks and then a finishing off in Oloroso sherry butts. It has a creamy nose with malted barley and hints of vanilla and mixed summer fruits. The palate has bananas, pineapple, pears and boiled sweets with soft spice. A floral sweetness on the finish.
