Tarquin has used his ever-popular base dry gin and added Tonka beans and clementine’s to the mix. Tonka beans, otherwise very handily known as Tonquin or Tonkin beans, are harvested from massive Cumaru trees in South America and impart sour cherry, chocolate orange, vanilla and liquorice flavours to this unmissable gin. These beans are also highly prized by chefs and are used in many gourmet dishes.
Tarquin recommends garnishing with a slice of fresh clementine and adding Fever Tree Tonic to create a delicious G&T. Released in time for Christmas 2016, this gin can be enjoyed any time of the year but only whilst stocks last; once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.
