This 21 year old redbreast is the oldest expression of a pot still whiskey from the distillery. Made from a mash recipe which contains both malted and unmalted barley, it is tripled distilled and then aged in a combination of American Bourbon barrels and first fill Oloroso sherry casks. This results in the a complex and rewarding whiskey that is both aromatic and fruity with impeccable balance.
