Hobart No. 4 is a small batch gin produced at the Tasmanian distillery in Hobart. It is made with classic gin botanicals with the addition of four native botanicals from Australia; lemon myrtle, anise myrtle, lanceolate and wattleseed. The nose is fresh with citrus lemon, fresh pine and peppery spice. The palate is herbaceous black pepper, orange peel, grapefruit and spicy vanilla and liquorice. It is big in the mouth with cloves and cinnamon, smooth and long finish.
