This 13 year old Speyside dram from The Craigellachie distillery. The name means 'Rocky Hill' and the distillery is one of the few remaining to distil their whisky with worm tubes. These are long copper tubes that sit in a vat of cold water to condense the spirit. It bestows the whisky with a meaty character seldom seen in modern whiskies
