This triple distilled 8 years old single malt from Ireland takes its name from a Bartender in Belfast, John Mulgrew. During his 50 years in the trade heard lots of stories about his patrons, but true to the bartenders' unspoken code, he told no tales. This is why he was referred to as 'The Quiet Man'.
Aged in oak casks this is the first whisky bottled in Derry for over 100 years. Soft with vanilla notes it is very smooth and moreish.
