Another gin yes, but this one is really rather good. Beautifully balanced and exceptionally smooth you can drink this neat or with a couple of ice cubes. Using a recipe containing juniper, sage, coriander, angelica, savoury, lemon peel, bitter orange, grains of paradise, cloves and cinnamon. The nose has juniper balanced by citrus notes and spicy elements. Full bodied in style but not leaning towards any one botanical, clean with warming spices.
Drink neat or with ice or the classic G&T using a good quality tonic garnish with pink garpefruit or a spig of mint. Enjoy!
