Bruxas means witches in Galicia who would conjure up the spirits to strengthen the vines. Intensely aromatic wine which highlights the fruity notes (green apple and lemon peel) on a clean background of hay. The palate is fresh with soft entry greedy and culminating in a long, elegant finish.
