A rich red, brimming with lush blueberry and blackberry aromas, with smooth chocolatey flavours and a long spicy finish. Vinification in small concrete vats. Ageing between 5-10 months with French oak.

A rich swirl of Chenin characters with gentle ripe apple aromas, honeyed aromatics and delicious greengage and citrus lemon acidity on the long finish. The terrifically generous mouthfeel comes from the long, slow wild yeast fermentation.<

The grapes for this wine are harvested by night when they are fully ripe, this is done to protect their aromas and keep the fruit as whole as possible. The result is an aromatic white wine with a bouquet that is fresh with notes of lemon and grapefruit.

The nose is very appealing with aromas of butter and toasted almonds. This is a wine with great balance there is an underlying acidity that ensures longevity and elegance whilst the intense, opulent flavours fill the mouth without being clumsy or heavy...
