The new Re-launch of Speyside distiller Mortlach comes with the first release 'Rare Old' which has been aged in a combination of Bourbon and sherry wood. Lighter in style than the Flora Fauna sherry casked Mortlach or yesteryear but still showing sweetness and spicy with dry notes on the finish. Diageo have put a lot of thought into the bottle design, to make this a premium brand.
