Glenlochy distillery was founded in 1898 but closed in 1983. This extremely Rare whisky has become very collectible in recent years. This bottling from Gordon & Macphails was distilled in 1979 and bottled 2015 and is 1 of 213 bottles only from their Rare Old collection. Medium bodied with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla. The palate is peppery initially with a creamy milk chocolate edge and mouth coating finish.
