This Tasmanian whisky was distilled on 16/11/2006 and matured in American oak Bourbon casks until bottling on 16/01/2019, 1 of only 222 bottles from a single cask. The whisky is creamy and elegant with sweet malt and citrus notes and hints of vanilla.
