Royal Brackla was founded in the 1800's and is one of only three distilleries that was granted permission to use the word Royal in its name. This 1998 bottled under the Connoisseurs Choice label has been matured in a refilled sherry cask until bottling in 2015. A sweet malt with hints of malt and pear. A mildly spicy palate with red berry fruits and dark chocolate flavours that linger on the palate.
