This 26 year old from Glenfiddich is taking the place of the 30 year old for the moment. Aged exclusively in American oak casks it is rich golden in colour with a soft delicate floral nose. The palate is has dry tannins from the wood balanced be sweet brown sugar and vanilla. The flavours builds bigger and stronger with hints of spice and liquorice on the complex finish. Presented in a lovely box complete with tasting note book.
