Bodega Faustino Faustino I Gran Reserva Rioja is probably one of the most famous and recognised labels on the market today. A Spanish icon, first released in 1964 and one of the great traditionally styled Gran Reservas. Its complexity and harmony results from the prolonged aging with 30 months spent in a combination of French and American oak and at least three years in bottle. Grapes: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5 Mazuelo. Guía Peñín 2018, Spain. Premium Gold, vintage 2005. Food Pairings It pairs really well with roast lamb or any meat, mushroom risotto.
