Hudson Distillery is the first distillery to operate in the state of New York since pohibition times. They use only locally sourced grains in the whiskey and only produce in small batches with everything done by hand from the labeling, to hand dipping in wax. The Four Grain has been made using rye, corn, wheat and malted barley. This rare combination gives this whiskey richness, that is balanced with peppery notes with a sweet smooth finish. Aged in their special small charred American oak casks.
