Drappiers Top Cuvee 'Grande Sendree' is so named after a parcel of land which was covered in cinders (cendree) after the great fire of 1838 in Urville. A spelling error on the land registry, brought about the change in spelling of the word Sendree. It is bottled in a replica of an 18 century bottle, from Urville.
