This is a complex and unique wine that provide immense interest as both a young and a mature wine. Notes of flowers, pine needle, lemon and cooked apple with a linear citrus acidity. The nose is floral and expressive with orange blossom and honeysuckle alongside exotic tropical flavours, fig, and hints of gingerbread in the background. The palate is fresh, with lemon and lime characters dominating. It opens to ripe apple, white nectarine stone and creamy pine nuts filling the mouth with complexity.
