Producer Details
Formed in 2010, Diez Siglos is a collective of around 70 small to medium growers - who are working together to continue the wine-making traditions of Rueda. They are using their combined expertise, their best vineyards, and a new winery with the latest technology - to produce great wines typical of the region.

In the Vineyard
The excellent quality grapes are sourced from re-grafted old bush vines, planted on gravel land. Grapes are picked at night to ensure they are cool when they reach the winery.

In the Winery
Fermented for 22 days at 14 C. Then it stays on its fine lees for 4 months.
