This elegant Cabernet displays beautiful concentrated aromas and flavours with a refined structure that will linger in your mouth and delight you. The Gigglepot on the label is Sarah and Sparky's daughter Holly, who couldn't stop laughing about how she looked with these crazy black glasses on! The 2012 Gigglepot is a complex Cabernet with real finesse. The wine is layered with flavour, showing luscious black berries, dark chocolate and hints of mint. It has a wonderful balance and rich creaminess across the palate and leaves you with a spice and coffee finish. The Gigglepot is a stunning example of McLaren Vale Cabernet, and has quickly become a favorite at family get togethers.

In 2005 Sarah and Sparky Marquis's ultimate dream came true: they began to develop their own label - Mollydooker - an Aussie term for left-hander, which describes both Sarah and Sparky! In 2007 they bought a new winery in McLaren Vale with 116 acres of prime vineyards. It is here they are now making the handcrafted wines for which they are famous. The team motto is 'We make wines which make people go WOW, through attention to detail and commitment to excellence'. Their belief is that the quality of the wine is determined in the vineyard. They have their own unique water and canopy management programme which helps the vines to produce ultra premium grapes.

The grapes were grown on the Belladarren vineyard in Langhorne Creek and the Prime vineyard in McLaren Vale.
