Delicious ripe bramble fruit aromas with a palate of rich fruit, warm spice and real depth. This is a classic southern Rhne red, lush, rich, characterful and easy to drink with smooth, supple tannins.
In the Vineyard
Old vines from a plot planted by Patrice's great grand-father near the village of Cairanne with traditional sandy pebble stone soil.

In the Winery
Hand picked bunches are carefully destemmed and vinified using traditional minimal interventionalist techniques. This wine is made without the use of oak as we seek to retain a pure fresh fruit character.

Lovely with BBQ's, grilled meats, spicy meatballs, herby sausages, pasta with Mediterranean vegetables.
