In making OCHO Reposado, the Agaves have been harvested in Rancho El Vergel. This land has an altitude of 2,000 metres and soil which is reddish brown, more typical of the Los Altos (Highlands) Tequila producing region.
OCHO Reposado is rested for precisely 8 weeks and 8 days for the unparalleled smoothness and complexity which mark a truly great sipping Tequila.

NOSE
Delicate, soft and vanilla

TASTE
Fine almond, vanilla with slight cinnamon notes. Continues with nuances of pepper, citrus and earth. Hints of tapenade, vegetal with very little evidence of oak or woodiness. Chewy, warm mouth-feel and a long subtle finish.
