Billi Billi Shiraz is from Mount Langi estate at the southern end of Victoria in Australia. The winery has been rated as 5 stars from James Halliday and described as 'Outstanding shiraz producer of cool climate wines'. This Shiraz is extremely popular and has been aged for 11 months in a combination of 80% French oak and 20% American oak, mainly 2-3 year old barrel's but some being new wood. Very complex nose with dark berry fruit and peppery spice, touch of chocolate. The palate is generous with soft blueberry fruits, lovely richness with well integrated tannins drying slightly on the finish.

The vineyard was first establish in 1870s and has since won many awards for its wines
