Ruby-red core, with garnet hues and an intense, full, ethereal and very persistent bouquet. The palate is harmonious, with hints of wild cherry and fruits of the forest.
Vinification Note Cumaro is the Greek name for Mount Conero, where soil and a maritime microclimate marry together to form an ideal grape growing terroir. This world renowned wine is one of Umani Ronchi's icons. From a selection of the best grapes of the 'San Lorenzo' vineyard in Sbrozzola, Osimo. The vineyard lies at an altitude of 150/200 meters. Alcoholic fermentation on the skins takes place for 10/12 days at 27C, followed by malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then matured for 16 months in Allier and Tronais barriques and then bottle aged in a temperature-controlled room for at least a further 7 months.Grape Varieties 100% Montepulciano

Apollonio Valle Cupa Salento Rosso 75cl
A wine of remarkable intensity and balance, showing the true potential of Southern Italy. Intense, dark brooding fruit is given structure by soft integrated tannins and subtle oak ageing. Powerful but well poised, long and complex to finish.
Pra Amarone della Valpolicella 2013 75cl
This is a wine with great purity, grace and elegance (not usually associated with Amarone and with none of the dried, raisined characters). With a silky, velvety texture, flavours of luscious bitter cherry, dried orange peel, and ripe red fruit balance...
San Marzano 62 Anniversario Primitivo di Manduria Riserva 2016 75cl
Deep and complex flavours of prunes, black cherry, spice and tobacco weave through the full bodied palate with its velvety texture and long, savoury finish. Very delicious.
