An Cnoc (pronounced a-nock) is produced at the Distillery Knockdhu in Aberdeenshire. It is soft, very aromatic with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground. The taste is sweet to start with a fresh appetising fruitiness and a long smooth finish, with a touch of nuttiness.
