Today Matusalem Rum is produced in the Dominican Republic. The highest quality sugar cane is processed according to the family's secret formula and blended in the solera process which the Camps established: aged casks at the bottom and younger casks at the top. It is distilled to the highest standards following more than a century of  tradition and is acknowledged as one of the world's fine rums.
