Production method: Pot still distillates are aged in barrels that have previously contained old oloroso and amontillado sherries, the aging takes place in the traditional system of "soleras" and "criaderas".

Colour: Old golden mahogany.
Aroma: Notes of oak clean and elegant yet complex.
Flavour: Soft, balanced, well-matured with a long lasting finish.
