The world has long been filled with ordinary things that conform to ones expectations. (Wellingtons, potatoes, sausages, mathematics text books, and humdrum gins spring to mind.)
We are happy to say that HENDRICKS could never be counted among such things.

Distilled in Ayrshire, Scotland, where one would least expect to find a gin, Hendricks is made in miniscule batches of 450 litres using the unique combination of a CARTER-HEAD STILL (which produces a supremely smooth spirit with subtle flavour characteristics) and a BENNET STILL (which produces a spirit of great depth of flavour).
The combination of spirits from both stills creates a divinely smooth gin that has both the required character and balance of subtle flavours. Our coup de grace the addition of cucumbers from Holland and Bulgarian Rosa Damascena rose petals delivers a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma. Presented in a small victorian apothecary style bottle with a cork stopper.

To the oh so sensitive nose: Hendricks features a prodigious and unusually intense nose, featuring a welcoming burst of crisp, zesty botanicals harmoniously balanced with juniper and coriander, and a deep surprisingly floral, most definitely not usual aroma of violets and rose.

To the unforgiving and unforgetting palate: Hendricks is a curiously smooth gin with a superb balance of botanicals. Sublimely clean and dry, yet precisely as one might wish, the marvelous complexity of the nose comes through the taste. Take note of the citrus and juniper with a subtle, supernaturally pleasurable lingering finish of cool, refreshing cucumber and rose.
