  • East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale 150ml
The once prominent highball cocktail served throughout the Far East and India was the Gunner. A mix of ginger, lemon and a dash of bitters. Without a doubt a drink that defined an era. So with respect, precision and exacting care we developed this exquisite ginger ale.

Made with the natural ginger root, we opted once again for low cane sugar content to allow the natural freshness and spice to really shine through. This is an extraordinary expression of ginger ale. Of course, it is ideal for a Gunner and a Buck, but equally so for a summer fruit cup mixed with Pimms.

East Imperial water is sustainably sourced from an artesian spring located in Nelson, in the South Island of New Zealand. This high quality water gives East Imperial the authentic taste of original tonic waters which were also made from the purest springs in East Africa and East Asia at the turn of the last century.

  • East Imperial Tonic Water 150ml
As was the case with original Indian tonic water, East Imperial is now the only tonic water sourcing all the key ingredients from Asia. This is the champagne of tonic waters.

This is not a soft drink. This is a true tonic water and as such we would recommend pairing it with the more bold herbaceous new western style gins. Youll soon understand why, as the subtle flavours of the gin once masked by other tonics will start to shine through.

Because there is only a trace of natural citric acid and less than half the sugar of Schweppes or Fever Tree, bartenders are free to craft their perfect G&T the way they want, adding natural citrus flavours or sweeteners to suit.

This really is the authentic representation of what tonic water tasted like at the turn of the century.

  • East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic Water 150ml
The grapefruit was not discovered until the 18th century and botanists believe it is the result of cross-breeding sweet oranges of Barbados with the pomelo, a citrus fruit native to Indonesia. The British knew that not only was this new fruit delicious, it was very good for you too, with sailors and explorers favouring it over lime and lemons due to its natural higher vitamin C content.

Enter Harry Craddock, who was known in the 1930s for his fantastic cocktails at iconic London destinations, The Savoy and The Dorchester Hotel. In his journals and recipes he often spoke of using the forbidden fruit and his secrets remained somewhat shrouded in mystery until recent years. Inspired by Craddock, weve taken the South East Asian Pomelo, which delivers a deep rich orange note and carefully blended this with Ruby Red Grapefruit, resulting in a tonic which delivers the ultimate citrus balance.

We recommend pairing Grapefruit Tonic with traditional London dry gins and citrus-forward spirits.

This tonic water has been created with a bold distinctive taste to recreate the century old tradition of Long Pink Gins made famous at the Pegu Club in Rangoon, Burma. Simply add two to four dashes of bitters to a long G&T.

Crafted in the most elegant way, this tonic water captures the contemporary taste of tonic with added citric acid and a higher sugar level.

Burma Tonic Water has double the natural cane sugar of East Imperial Tonic Water and has the highest quinine levels available in the market. This is rounded out with top notes of Thai lemongrass and manao lime to perfectly balance a few dashes of bitters.

We recommend Burma Tonic with the more traditional citrus driven and London dry style gins.

  • East Imperial Yuzu Tonic 150ml
Yuzu, found during the cooler months in Northern Asia, particularly Japan, is an aromatic sweet citrus fruit with distinct zesty flavour, often described as a hybrid between a mandarin and a Meyer lemon.

Introduced to South East Asia at the turn of the last century, it brought a unique and exceptional citrus brightness and was soon embraced by the more discerning cocktail drinker.

Based on our 1903 recipe, Yuzu Tonic is the perfect way to bring a touch of the exotic to any mixed drink. We recommend pairing Yuzu Tonic with traditional London dry gins and citrus-forward spirits.
