    Republica is an aged blend of two single rums sourced from distilleries in Cuba and Panama. The rum is produced from 100% traditional column stills which goes along way to dispel the myth that quality rum must be made in a potstill.

    Republica is non-chill filtered and aged for a minimum of five years in Bourbon casks and has an ABV of 40%.

  • Bladnoch Samsara 46.7% 70cl
    This is part of a new range from lowland distillery Bladnoch and pays hommage to their 200 year old distillery. Samsara is a made by blending casks of Bladnoch with a minimum age of 8 years, but also containing older whiskies. The casks used ages the malt in first fill bourbon casks and first fill Californian red wines caks The result is a rich and smooth whisky a nose of red fruits, vanilla and citrus blossom. The palate is sweet wine red fruits becoming drier, malty and lingering spice on the finish.
  • Bladnoch Adela 15 years old 46.7% 70cl
    Bladnoch Adela is part of the relaunch of malts from the lowland distillery. Matured in Oloroso sherry casks both first fill and 2nd fill Spanish and American oak for 15 years produces a rich, Full-bodied whisky with sweet sherry fruit notes. The nose had sherry soaked raisins, nuts and toffee. The palate has sherried fruit, dark chocolate, coffee with a hint of liquorice and a pepper. Nutty and soft warming finish long and flavoursome in the mouth.
  • La Reserve D'Angludet 2014 Margaux 75cl
    Réserve d’Angludet 2014 is a fine example of the vintage. The balance of the three grape varieties and the delicate hint of oak from its ageing in the barrel combine perfectly to make this a very accessible wine despite its youth. The red fruit aromas mixed with slightly earthy notes envelop the wine like a velvet glove. A typical, elegant Margaux, it still displays a somewhat tannic structure – a guarantee of excellent cellaring potential.
  • Bladnoch Talia 25 years old 48.4% 70cl

    One of three new bottlings from Lowland distillery Bladnoch. Talia which has been aged for 25 years has been aged in three different woods - ex bourbon, ex sherry and ex whisky casks with a finishing in new American oak. Bottled at cask strength with little filtration to preserve the natural flavours and oils. A spicy complex malt which won a double gold at San Francisco Spirits competition in 2017 is elegant with sweet oaky and hints of citrus fruit.

    Colour: Deep gold. Nose: Elegant, mature nose, old leather, waxy, cedar, polished oak, ginger, vanilla and malty with a hint of green apples.

    Palate: Quite spicy but silky, gingerbread, some honey, vanilla, sweet oak with a hint of Seville orange and coconut biscuity maltiness.

  • Curio Fly Navy Gin 42% 70cl
    Curio Spirits new Gin Fly Navy has been made in conjunction with RNAS Culdrose and commemorates the centenary of the first landing of a plan on a moving ship at sea. It has been quadruple distilled with botanicals including Madagascan vaniila, sansha peppers and Cornish heather foraged from around the naval base at culdrose. It has an earthy and citrus flavour, complex and unique character.
  • St. Ives Gin 38% vol 70cl
    Cornwall's newest Gin is St Ives Gin made from a list of 13 botanicals. It is not a distilled gin but a cold compounded gin which is a method that dates back to the 16th century. They take the finest grain spirit and then steep the variously botanicals seperatley for 24 to 36 hours, these seperate compounds are then blended together to achieve the desired flavour and style. The gin has a pale yellow colour from the locally sourced Gorse flower with top notes of lemon citrus and juniper. The palate is smooth with citrus ortange peel , floral and juniper followed by hints of coconut husk.
