Wine produced from a rigorous selection of Manto Negro, Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes from the best vineyards of the Binissalem-Mallorca D.O. Controlled fermentation and subsequent maturing in barrels of French and American oak as well bottle fermentation until the wine has matured for 24 months. Its colour is an intense cherry red with reflections of violet. Harmonious mix between fruity aromas, forest berries, blackberries and complex hints remain from its maturation in the barrel, balsamic aromas, spices, smoky flavours. Strong in the mouth, balanced, tasty, wide and persistent.
