The Jalisco Layover is a variant on the classic Margarita and the creation of Ian Vasey of the Bedruthan Hotel in Newquay
. There is a fair amount of ingredients that go into this drink but don't be put off by that as it's not as hard to make as you might think and the end results are well worth it. You will need tequila, sugar syrup, agave sec, lavender bitters (all of which are included in this kit), limes, an egg and some sherbert.
