Madagascan cacao beans have a reputation as some of the finest in the world. Our beans are grown on a single organic estate under the shade of the Sambirano Valley rainforest. Bursting with bright red fruit flavours and citrus, and kept sweet company by unrefined organic cane sugar and nothing else.
A superb Malt from Islay which has been aged for 25 years in Sherry cask and it is an absolute gem. Sweet caramel nose with subtle oak and leather notes. Sweet berry fruit, cream all beatifully balanced with roasted nuts and maltiness. The finish is soft and dry with sugar and spice and all things nice!
