A delicious tart liqueur made with tangy spring Rhubarb, oriental ginger and zesty lemon peel. The rhubarb and spices are left to marry together for four weeks before being infused with classic Edinburgh gin to create a wonderful sweet liqueur which is rose pink in colour. Try mixing it with prosecco to create a refreshing summer gin fizz. Highly recommended.
