What should I do?
We ask that for either situation of a damaged or an
incorrect item that has been sent that you take photographs immediately to be able
to provide the team with the information they need to assess and resolve the
issue. We ask that you report either issue immediately at the point of delivery
or within 24 hours of the delivery.
Damaged Parcels
- Here at
Drink Finder we pack our goods with the upmost care and use quality packaging
to ensure safe travels between our shop and the orders destination. In the
occasion of a breakage please follow the below procedure.
- Ensure
all breakages or defects are reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Goods
must be checked at time of delivery and any loss or breakage must be reported
to the courier at the time of delivery. Damaged goods not noted at the time of
delivery will be exempt from any compensation and refunds.
- Contact
us here at Drink Finder / Constantine Stores Ltd within 24 hours to report this
to get assistance in resolving the issue.
- If goods
are damaged or broken, we will either give a full refund for the broken goods
or arrange for another one to be sent out to you (stock permitting).
- We will
work with you the customer to resolve the issue and the correct action will be
taken at our discretion.
- If you
notice something wrong at the point of delivery without opening it, please
refuse the order and tell the courier to return right away.
- Refunds
will be made within 28 days.
Wrong Goods
If you have received an incorrect item on your order please
let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling us on 01326
340226 - Monday to Saturday 9am – 5.30pm (closed between 1-2pm). We will be
happy to help.
