On the nose, there is a range of aromas from fruity through to herbal. Gooseberry, citrus, tomato leaf and thyme abound. The palate is dry but wonderfully balanced with good fruit weight and freshness. Tart gooseberry and citrus flavours with a long lingering aftertaste.
