With the good weather now upon us we thought that you might well be interested in something refreshing to drink in the sunshine. We have come up with some delicious spritz ideas plus some Fever Tree Tonic long drinks that you probably haven't tried before.
Spritz Recipes
A spritz is simply a long drink containing either a spirit or a liqueur topped up with sparkling white wine. They are quick and easy to make and are the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon sitting in the sun.
Pampelle Spritz
Pampelle grapefruit aperitif, made from Corsican Star Ruby Red grapefruits, crafted in Cognac, France. Topped with sparkling wine and soda water, garnished with a ruby red grapefruit wheel.
Sicilian Spritz
Solerno Blood Orange liqueur, made from sanguinello blood oranges, hand-picked from the hills of Mount Etna, Sicily. Topped with sparkling wine and soda water, garnished with mint and a blood orange wheel.
Espritz
Esprit de Figues liqueur, made from Violette de Bordeaux figs, crafted and bottled in a 150-year-old distillery in Burgundy, France. Topped with sparkling wine and soda water, garnished with a slice of fresh fig.
The Real Venetian Spritz

Tonic Recipes
These long drinks can be made by simply adding the stated Fever Tree tonic to the liqueur. We suggest adding some ice to these drinks to make them even more refreshing. You can add as little or as much of the liqueur to each drink as you want depending on your taste and how strong you want the drink to be.
