Description
This Cabernet Merlot blend is sourced f rom the Limestone Coast . Both the merlot and the cabernet sauvignon reached perfect physiological ripeness when harvested. The fruit wascrushed, cooled and given 48-hours of cold-soaking prior to warm fermentation, pressing and blending. This rich and flavorsome blend was matured in both French and American barriques for ten months to capture and enhance the complexities of these two varieties.

Berry fruits, cassis, hints of chocolate and cigar -box characters.
PALATE
A balanced and full -bodied wine exhibiting rich berry fruit, cassis, chocolate and cigarbox characters. The flavours linger complementing the fine tannins, and adding to the complexity of the overall smoothness of the wine.
