Description
Sancerre Rouge from Hubert Brochard uses graped sourced from vineyards on the deep and specific soil for the Pinot noir grape variety; in the
villages of Chavignol, Amigny, Saint-Satur, SainteGemme, Mntrol, Thauvenay and Sancerre. The average age of the vines are 30 years old.
ORIENTATION: South, South-east.
CONSERVATION: The Sancerre Rouge is a wine for laying down for 8 years. It is full-bodied, slightly tannic and it is best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
SERVE WITH: It goes superbly with cooked meat,
poultry, red meat and all kinds of cheese.
