Description

The Prensal Blanc grape, a traditional Majorcan variety, refined with a variety of Chardonnay (known throughout the world) have been selected for their subsequent low temperature fermentation, producing a fresh and fruity aroma. Pale yellow in colour with hints of green, the exquisite aromas of fruit can be appreciated containing green apple, banana and ripe pineapple. Smooth on the palate with light acidy sensations, the recommended

serving temperature is 8 C. This wine is especially suited as an aperitif and in accompanying salads, soft cheeses,

sea food and fish.
