Description
The 2009 is coming together well with all the elements of a wine at the top of its game and with plenty of exciting development still to come.
Bouquet: A very satisfying bouquet with tropical fruit, plenty of citrus, gooseberry and typical Marlborough herbaceousness. The slightly salty, minerally note on the nose shows up the 17 Valley fruit in the wine.
Palate: The wine is full bodied, has good intensity, ripeness and nice passionfruit and herbal notes on the back palate. Lots of room for development.
Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc is deliciously drinkable on its own or with a wide range of cuisine. It is the ultimate wine for matching with most seafood - oysters, mussels, salmon and white fish. Perfect for enjoying on sunny afternoons.
