Description
The traditional varieties of Bordeaux - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot are planted in our Gimblett Gravels vineyard, and are expertly blended based on the character of each vintage.
We produce surprisingly opulent and structured Merlot which forms the base of our Bordeaux blends. The resulting wines are deeply coloured, highly aromatic and possess signature dusty tannins.
